“I took a sailing class my senior year. You end up getting to drive to a lake and actually take a boat out, plus the teacher makes you a pretty solid breakfast.”

“ANP 203 was pretty fun. You can learn history and methods to archaeology at the same time. CEM 482 is winemaking. There’s a lecture for theory and a lab where you make wine and leave the class with at least two bottles. CHE 483 is brewing and distilling. Like wine, there’s a lecture and lab and in lab you can take home about a six pack of two…”
